In this 9 CP project lab, groups of students will work on research topics related to multimodal artificial intelligence (AI). Possible ideas for a research project in multimodal AI are given (or optionally suggested by the group) and each group develops the approach based on regular feedback. The focus is on implementing and evaluating the approach with the goal of writing a research report that reaches the quality of a submission to an international scientific workshop, conference, or journal. Results will be presented in a talk at the end of the project lab in addition to the written report. Concrete topics follow the current state-of-the-art and change from term to term.
